Plastic companies including Sumitomo Bakaki, Sumitomo Chemical, Asahi Asahi, Priman, Mitsui Komu, Celanese, etc., have announced price increases. Price increase products mainly include PC, ABS, PE, PS, PPA, PA66, PPA… The highest increase is as high as RMB 10,728/ton!
▶ ExxonMobil
On December 1st, Exxon Mobil said that with the current development of market trends, we need to increase our high -performance polymer prices to ensure sustainable supply.
Since January 1st, 2023, the price of high -performance polymers of Ex Sen Mobilian Chemistry Company VistamaxX has increased by $ 200/ton, equivalent to RMB 1405/ton.
▶Asahi Kasei
On November 30th, Asahi said that with the soaring price of natural gas and coal, energy costs have risen significantly, and other costs are constantly rising. Since December 1st, the company has raised the price of PA66 fiber products, 15%-20% on the basis of the existing price.
▶ Mitsui Komu
On November 29th, Mitsui Komu said on the one hand, global demand continued to vigorously; on the other hand, due to the continuous rise in raw material prices and freight and the long -term tendency of the yen depreciation, it brought serious cost pressure to the enterprise. Therefore, we decided to raise the price by 20% of fluorine resin products from January 1st next year.
▶ Sumitomo Bakelite
On November 22th, the Sumitomo Electric Wood Co., Ltd. issued a notice saying that the manufacturing costs of resin -related products have risen sharply due to the high price of raw fuel and other prices. The cost of superimposed energy costs, transportation costs, and packaging materials including packaging materials has also increased.
From December 1st, the prices of all resin products such as PC, PS, PE, ABS, and chlorine chloride will be increased by more than 10%; Vinyl chloride, ABS resin and other products rose more than 5%.

On November 18th, Celanese announced the price hike notice of engineering plastics, among which the specific increase in the Asia-Pacific region was as follows:
UHMWPE (ultra -high molecular measuring polyethylene) rose 15%
LCP rose USD 500/ton (about RMB 3,576/ton)
PPA rose USD 300/ton (about RMB 2,146/ton)
AEM rubber rose USD 1500/ton (about 10,728/ton)
▶Sumitomo Chemical
On November 17th, Sumitomo Chemical announced that it would raise the price of acrylamide (solid conversion) by more than 25 yen per kg(about RMB 1,290 per ton) due to the soaring prices of its main raw materials and the sharp depreciation was 25 yen/kg (about RMB 1,290 /ton).
